  I’ve been going to V’s for probably 13+ years due to the barber (Lazaro) even though he has moved between 4 different locations. Haircuts are consistent and I don’t have to explain what I want. I was very disappointed to find that there was no hair gel to purchase on my last visit and I’m not sure if you have stopped buying the Redken products... I’ve been buying those products at your V’s shops since day 1 and would prefer not to go find these somewhere else. Franchiser please encourage The franchisee to spend some money on inventory and bring those products back into to the Alma school location. Don’t lose an opportunity to sell more stuff.
