  Walked in to this place, have never pond before but needed some quick cash to make a payment. The guy at the front Jamey was like what do you want ? Politely said hello what's nice Tim didn't say a word back in response just took the item that I had and goes I'll give you 150 bucks for it In a rude way. No explanation just dirty looks from him. Was very annoyed with lack of customer service. Went to ez money pawn at Guadalupe and Dobson instead. Was a total different experience the guy Jake was super cool explained everything and not to mention was half price of what their interest charges were at super pawn. Night and day difference between the two businesses hopefully I'll never need to pond again but if I do I can tell you where I'm taking my business and it's not superpawn!
