  I found Steve online when we were ready to sell our townhouse in Glendale. We've had it as a rental for some time, and we were ready to stop being landlords. We were looking at a few options between selling it to an investor as-is or selling it traditionally.
  
  After reviewing the numbers, it made sense to put it on the MLS. We had two offers the first weekend we had it on the market! We got over asking price, which we were very excited about.
  
  After the inspection, the buyers asked us for repairs. Steve was able to coordinate with his handyman to get the items repaired. That helped considering how busy we are.
  
  Steve was super helpful in explaining our options, answering our questions, and guiding us through the process. We closed really fast, and we couldn't be happier!
