  1-5-17: This was my second visit. Had this been my first visit this review would be a 1-Star. I will dismiss the antiquated check in process on a PC by the customer and the tired decor and focus on service. I walked in at 7:30 PM (they advertise closing at 8 PM). The check-in computer is turned off. As politely as possible I was told that there were two people in front of me and they were closing. I said you close at 8 PM correct? To which the answer was yes however there are two people in front of you and we stop taking appointments at 7:30 PM. I said great it’s 7:30 PM so I am good! To which the answer was no. If that’s going to be your business model then perhaps you should advertise that you actually close at 7:30 PM. Every business has a closing time and you do not turn customers away until it is closing time. If you are staffed wrong that is not my issue. If you have somewhere to be tonight that is not my issue. Be open the hours you advertise or that is false advertising at a minimum. I have hair and beard choices - service is important.
