  Jordan was personable and very helpful. He did a outstanding job and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on. He answered all of our questions and left things looking better then they were before he started. He said he was new but you wouldn't have known it. The office lady was a joke and rude as could be otherwise we'd give 5 stars.

  I called for the service for my property They sent me the link and show that they haven't arrived and I called the lady and she said that they haven't arrived but when I called my tenants. They told me that he is gone and I missed the phone call from them.
  
  I called back to reschedule the appointment. The lady on the phone at 11 am on April 27 ( called herself brea) was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was the one who I just spoke to 5 minutes ago and asked if they are in the property or not and she said that they are on the way and she can see them such such. She said that they called me 4 times and I didn't response. I told her that I was trying to call back but got connected to her. Then she asked me if I have paid 50. I told her that I asked my tenants to pay for it and they said that they haven't paid. I was going to give her the credit card in the mean time trying to explain what's going on and then she said that I am going to ask you to tell you to go other place and put a lien on your condo. I asked to speak to her manager and she said that she is the manger. I asked her name she told me that her name is brea but refuse to spell her for me. I asked her if the owner of the company knows that she is treating their customer this way to tell them to go other place and going to put a lien on the property for 50. I never said that I was not going to pay. I want her to confirm that we will be able to reschedule the appointment and have them to come out to fix it ASAP before I gave her the credit card. I have never been treated like this as a customer.
