  I was a Comfort Care Dental of Chandler patient for years. I have a letter of reference from one of the Dr. there. But I am very disappointed in the current administration there. A couple of weeks ago I receive a voice mail on my phone to pay up or a bill is going to collections. I call Tracey, I was hung up on. I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Did i get a call back, NO. Not once have been advised by this office what the issue is But now they have sent a bill to a collection agency. They have my phone number, they called me once. Why did they not send something in writing?
  
  Customer service does not exist here, anymore.
