  We went there on Sat May 20th @ 1:20 pm to open a new checking account. We sat down & the Branch Manager came by & we told him why we were there. He said good. We waited 40 minutes & were told by a Becca or Rebecca that they closed at 2:00 pm and they didn't have time to help us because it takes 40 minutes to open an account. She was the rudest Chase employee we have ever encountered. Why did they not tell us 40 minutes sooner that they could not help? Very BAD customer service!!
