  Absolutely terrible experience all around. Got a red light violation and contacted the court after not receiving my ticket. Of course, the woman I spoke to assured me I had all I needed, after stressing to her that I am off work at the same minute they close and wanted to make sure nothing was missing. To what should have been no surprise, I needed a copy of the ticket and not just the case # (of which she said was all I needed to take traffic school) and it was too late to call back and request a copy. Conveniently, their hours are 8-5 M-F just like most of our jobs unlike the Phoenix court which is open until 7:00PM.
  
  Law is the law and I think we all understand that. I now personally understand though, that pretty much all the representatives who work there hate themselves and subsequently anybody that their court screws up, down and sideways every minute of the day.
