    I had the steakhouse bacon burger made medium rare and my grandparents each had a tri-tip steak also medium rare. My meal was fine but neither of my grandparents could eat their steaks as the steaks were too tough to chew. I'm disappointed for them as this is their first poor experience and I took them to a location that they had not been to before.

    The staff was very friendly though, so the experience wasn't poor overall.
