  STAY AWAY!!
  I had lived a few years back .First few months were OK. When neighbor moved out, I got roaches. Called the office and they treated once. Still had roaches. Continued to call and went to office. Kept saying it was scheduled. Noone came. More and more roaches. Disgusting. Moved out. They put an eviction on my credit report. Can't afford to get it removed so finding housing is a huge challenge.
