  Exceeded all my expectations! I had read good things about Dr. Fedoriw on line, but it is always a terrifying experience to go to a new pain management doctor... I took my records and my imaging cd. He looked and rightly concluded that until the point it makes since to have rods put in and fully fuse my scoliotic spine, medication is my only real answer to have a life. This is in stark contrast to other pain mgmt places that insist on weaning me down to a pointless amount based on the ridiculous morphine equivalent recommendations. He made no judgement on me, he did not insist that I consider injections or RFA, things that serve only to make me go hbroke without providing relief. It was simple. He clearly recognised that while pain meds are a sad choice to have to settle for, it's my only option short of major, life altering surgery. He wrote my rXs without batting an eye. He didn't grill me with questions or try to guilt trip me, nor did any of his staff. They were all beyond marvelous!
