  I would have given no stars but had to give the one star, I guess for effort? Very bad experience called the office x4 and left messages on voice mail. No one ever got back to me except to send me a bill months later. There should not have been any kind of bill but facilities will try to collect stating that they have not heard from the insurance company and when they do finally collect from the insurance company they keep your payment and then try to get a refund. I did not fall for this but beware this does happen.
