    I did the one day cleanse and I feel like 1 million bucks. Not gonna lie toward the end of the day I was pretty hungry but after I finished the cleanse I have had no interest in meat or sugar or alcohol. Not to mention I lost 5 pounds. I will definitely be doing this every month or so I feel incredible. The staff was phenomenal.
